Why does God always say no?
When God says “no”, it really means that it is not yet His timing for your problem to disappear. Just like Paul in the Bible, when he prayed that God might take away the figurative thorn in his side, God replied that His grace was sufficient, that His power was perfected in man’s weaknesses.
